This Titirangi home is now set up for long term energy efficiency and resilience thanks to a tailored solar and battery solution installed by Future Energy. The homeowner wanted to reduce reliance on the grid and take greater control of their energy usage – and we delivered a system designed to do exactly that.

The installation features 20 high performance LONGi 420W black frame panels, chosen for their sleek look and exceptional reliability. These panels are paired with a Fronius Primo 8.2-1 single-phase inverter, offering 8kW of clean power conversion and advanced connectivity via WLAN and LAN for easy performance monitoring and system updates.

To support energy use beyond daylight hours, we also installed a Tesla Powerwall 2, positioned within 3 metres of the Energy Gateway 2 to ensure seamless integration. With this setup, the homeowner can store excess solar energy for use at night or during outages, dramatically increasing their energy independence and long-term savings.
